I earned my
certification from Equanimity Edge
Equinerehab Education, taught by
Sidonia McIntyre. The course study
included equine anatomy, massage theory,
swelling reduction, palpation and
assessment of soft tissues, soft tissue
injuries,
behavioural issues, advanced massage and
stretches. I have a total of 96 hrs of
this course study.
I am currently working on an anatomy
distance course from Equinology. I
will also be attending a 3rd massage
course in August 2011, taught by Jim
Masterson of The Masterson Method. I
have made plans to pursue my Equine
chiropractic course in the spring of
2012. Continuing education of all
equine related modalities is my goal.

Sessions anywhere from 1/2 hour to 2 hours,
depending on assessment and plan of treatment.
Each session charge is $50. plus
mileage.
If a client books 3 consecutive sessions, the
fee is $125.

First massage for a gelding
who is usually very distant and aloof, melting
into his session without restraint. I was
thrilled with the results and
how his eye softened.
