Welcome to FEEL RITE EQUINE SPORT MASSAGE
THERAPY.
My name is Candis Molde. I am a certified
equine sport massage therapist.
I have been an avid horsewoman my whole life.
Love and compassion for horses
led me into the field of equine sport massage
therapy. I am thrilled to provide to my
equine friends the HEALING power of massage.
Equine massage increases circulation, mobility,
range of motion and complete painless
contraction of muscle. If a horse is in
pain their muscles tighten and things such as
shortened
strides, lameness, resistance or bad behaviour
or a horse that seems "just off" can be noticed.
Many times resistance or bad behaviour is a
symptom of pain and the horse is simply trying
to communicate to us. Many massage
techniques are specific to such common problems
and massage benefits all disciplines. Not
much of what we ask of our horses is natural so
it is no surprise that issues come up.
Horse Bits:
Pain or discomfort in a horse's jaw can cause a host of
problems throughout the
body such as tension in the poll, neck, back and shoulders, etc.
